Exchange, Return and Refund Policy – DE RENDA Lingerie Luxo

Therefore, we have a clear, transparent exchange and return policy that complies with current legal regulations in Brazil and on major global platforms.

Application Deadline

You have up to 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. This period applies to all orders delivered in Brazil and abroad, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code and the 15-day cooling-off period applicable to the European Union.

Conditions for Exchange and Return

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received: unused, odor-free, unwashed, with tags, security seals and intimate protector intact .
  • Be in the original packaging (box or protective bag).
  • Accompany the proof of purchase and invoice .

ATTENTION: Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted .

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to comercial@derendalingerie.com and inform:
    • Order number.
    • Full name and CPF or other identification document.
    • Reason for the request and, if applicable, photos of the product.
  2. Please wait for our analysis within 3 (three) business days .
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive:
    • Shipping label (in case of error or defect).
    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items eligible for exchange or return

  • Bras, nightgowns, robes and accessories without direct contact with intimate areas.
  • Parts with manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment (color, size, model).

Items not eligible for exchange or return

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Panties, bodysuits and intimate pieces that come into direct contact with sensitive areas.
  • Products on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, we suggest:

  • Request a return of the original item.
  • After approval and refund, place a new order with the desired item.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not.

  • If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded using the original payment method within 10 (ten) business days .
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
  • If your refund has not arrived after 15 business days , please contact us at comercial@derendalingerie.com .

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping error or defective product: shipping paid by DE RENDA Lingerie Luxo.
  • Exchange for size or change of mind: round-trip shipping at the customer's expense.

Damage and Problems

Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Different from what was requested

Contact us for evaluation and resolution.

Period of Reflection – European Union

If the order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 15 days of receipt, for any reason. The return conditions remain the same: unused product, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.

Final Observation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements or that show signs of use. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with quality, respect, and transparency.
