Shipping policy

1. Overview

At DE RENDA Lingerie, we strive to offer safe, fast, and cost-effective shipping options for both retail and wholesale customers. We work with dynamic quotes and approximate shipping tables based on integrations with Frenet and Correios (Brazilian Postal Service).

Packaging and dispatch time: All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking: All shipped orders have a tracking code, which will be provided to the customer via email or WhatsApp after posting, allowing real-time tracking until delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer safe and cost-effective delivery options throughout Brazil.

  • Delivery times:
    • Salvador/BA: 2 to 5 days.
    • North, Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast regions: 3 to 14 days.
    • South region and states AC, AM, RR: 5 to 15 days.
  • Shipping calculated based on purchase value and quantity of items:
    • 1 to 4 items: about 4 to 10% of the order value.
    • 5 to 7 items: free shipping throughout Brazil.
    • 8 or more items: delivery fee of 3 to 5% of the order value.

4. Wholesale Policy

For wholesale purchases, shipping is calculated on a personalized basis, taking into account the total weight, volume, and destination region. 5. General Information

5.1 Delivery Attempts

Orders not delivered after the carrier's attempts will be returned to our distribution center and a new shipping fee may be charged.

5.2 Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete address. Additional costs due to incorrect registration are the customer's responsibility.

5.3 Responsibility after Delivery

After delivery confirmation to the informed address (as confirmed by Correios or carrier tracking), responsibility for the safekeeping and integrity of the package passes to the customer. In case of loss or theft after confirmed delivery, we advise filing a police report and contacting the building concierge or gatekeeper, when applicable.

5.4 Variation of Timeframes due to Exceptional Occurrences

The timeframes stated in this policy are average estimates based on delivery history and may vary in exceptional situations such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Strikes, stoppages, or operational restrictions by carriers or customs authorities;
  • High seasonal demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.);
  • Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will do our best to minimize delays and keep the customer informed about delivery progress.
